Liberalisation

Liberalisation: Removing barriers or restrictions set earlier by the government is known as Liberalisation. In India, it refers to economic liberalisation undertaken by the Government of India (starting in 1991) resulting in the removal of controls to encourage economic development. With liberalisation of trade, businesses are allowed to make decisions freely about what they wish to import or exposrt. Now, the government imposes less restrictions than before and is therefore considered to be more liberal.

Basic meaning of Liberlisation is Loosing Control of govt regards business & economic activities . In the Year 1991 Dr. Manmohan Singh launched the LPG Concept , its Full Form is Liberlisation , Privatisation & Globalisation. To Give  a boost to The Indian economy & To make it an Open economy . Thats why Under Liberlisation all the Restrictions Regards Export & import was  removed By The Government and Made The international business very easier .
